1. Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of the session or before the final delivery of your images.
• All payments can be made via accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of [percentage or fixed amount].
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on availability.
• For wedding and large event bookings, we require a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The deposit is non-refundable.

3. Session and Image Delivery:

• Please arrive on time for your session to ensure we make the most of our time together.
• We strive to deliver edited images within  2-4 weeks from the date of your session. Delays may occur during peak seasons or for special projects.
• Final images will be provided through an online gallery. Additional prints, albums, and products are available for purchase.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all participants are present and on time for the session.
• Any special requests or specific shot lists should be communicated prior to the session.
• The studio is not responsible for any issues arising from client failure to adhere to agreed-upon times or instructions.

5. Usage Rights:

• The images provided are for personal use only. Commercial use requires explicit written permission and may incur additional fees.
• We retain the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and portfolio. If you prefer not to have your images used in this manner, please notify us in writing.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during the booking and session process is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Liability:

• While we take utmost care in handling and processing your images, Radiant Memories Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to the digital files or printed products after delivery.
